The brief from the hotel’s owners was to help the review their operation and identify a strategy to grow and develop the profitability of this iconic hotel based in the heart of Ripon. The proposed strategy however had to be realistic, practical and focus on increasing the hotel’s turnover whilst maximising profitability and also considering fully the operational and financial implications of the activity
